The installer was awesome, he did a great job and was very personable to talk to. Answered all my questions and recommended a few things to do in the spring.

overall i am pleased with the door, the sales person and the installer were both very good answered questions and made me feel good about my choice on the door. the office staff left me wondering why i had chosen Doormasters.
booked my appointment 4 weeks in advance time and all as my door was in stock at the time i purchased. and then lost my appointment and had to cancel my vacation because i was not able to take an earlier day

He has made couple of additional trips to out residence: One bring a colour samples of the colour s available to help us choose the colour, then another to confirm the requirements of access for the door installation (I.E. removing items from the garage etc., which turned out to be minimal.
