Full payment was required before installation proceeded. A panel on the door was damaged upon installation and 8 weeks later we still haven’t heard when damaged panel will be replaced. Weatherstripping paid for upfront has still not been installed 8 weeks later. Overall a very disappointing experience.

I’m a diy kind of guy and these are not rocket science but it is nice something to refer to. When I opened the box snd found nothing I phoned the office and was informed they don’t give out instructions nor are they available which made no sense to me. I did find one on the garaga web site no thanks to Doormasters.

Nice product. Easy to work with. Had a small install glitch but they came out the next day and took care of it. Thank you.
