Customer service isn’t a priority. Communication is very poor. Full payment was required before installation proceeded. A panel on the door was damaged upon installation and 8 weeks later we still… Read more Customer service isn’t a priority. Communication is very poor. Full payment was required before installation proceeded. A panel on the door was damaged upon installation and 8 weeks later we still haven’t heard when damaged panel will be replaced. Weatherstripping paid for upfront has still not been installed 8 weeks later. Overall a very disappointing experience.

When I opened the box snd found nothing I phoned the office and was informed they don’t give out instructions nor are they available which made no sense to me. I did find one on the garaga web site no thanks to Doormasters.
