Would highly recommend them to others and certainly would use them again should the need arise They fixed the 16 foot wide garage door in about 1 hour and then explained their procedure thoroughly and offered information about the routine maintenance that I should do on a semi annual basis

We did an online inquiry on a Sunday and received a response first thing Monday morning, with an appointment scheduled Tuesday morning. Tyler called half an hour out and showed up as scheduled. Determined our door is extremely old and suggested 2 options to me, and we decided on a conversion kit and had it all replaced in 3 hours. He showed me how to do semi annual maintenance on it, and tweeked little items to ensure smooth running maintenance going forward. Very thorough, thoughtful and friendly. 5 thumbs up 👍 👍👍👍👍

My overhead springs broke on my garage door. I called and had a very helpful friendly lady book me a service within 24 hours. She was able to give me a rough estimate as well which was great for budgeting. Tyler was my tech. He called to give me a 30 minute heads up he was coming. Saw my issue and was quick to finish the job. I was able to pay right then which was very convenient. Tyler went above and beyond. Answered all my questions and showed me easy maintenance routines to care for my door.

Derek was communicative, thorough and didn’t make me feel like a dumbass for ruining my garage door. I gave him my garage door code and I haven’t been robbed yet, so honest guy. Doormasters had installed the garage door when the home was built in December 2025, and were prompt-like an hour-on a quick sensor issue when we first moved in as well. Photos are of the damage I caused, not the repairs. It doesn’t look like that now; take my word for it. I’ll continue to call the Masters of Doors for my garage door services & needs! Garage door hasn’t been serviced since installed in 2012. Door was not operating correctly due to sunlight shining on sensors and lack of maintenance. Tyler replaced photo sensors, moved eyes from original location to optimal out of sun location and lubricated / replaced weather stripping and door bottom rubber. Door runs as smooth as brand new! Our garage door failed on Sunday. We had to force it open with the help of 3 friends to get our car out. We called Doormasters on Monday morning and they came the same day to repair it. The gent did a fabulous job, replaced a large spring that had broken and replaced the cables as they had stretched. We would certainly recommend Doormasters to anyone having garage door issues.
